Jaclyn got up early with Beckett and took him on a nice walk of the neighborhood and to a park. The rest of our days started with Brooke and Marlene making everyone some waffles. After breakfast Marlene had a few activities planned for Brooke. First, while it was still shady the created a chalk mural outside the bedroom windows. Then, Marlene and Brooke spent a while in the pool splashing and having fun.
I ended up taking a drive around Phoenix (and to the Cardinals Stadium) to get Beckett to sleep. Heโs been resisting the pack and play so we had no other options.
For dinner we grilled burgers and dogs and Marlene went out and got some ribs. After the kids went to bed, Jaclyn and I put our feet in the pool and relaxed with auntie on the patio.
